Invitation for Public Comment

Saint Mary Seminary and Graduate School of Theology is seeking comments from the public about the Graduate program in preparation for its periodic evaluation by its regional accrediting agency. The Seminary will host a visit September 21-22, 2015, with a team representing the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association. Saint Mary Seminary and Graduate School of Theology has been accredited by the Commission since 1981. The team will review the institution’s ongoing ability to meet the Commission’s Criteria for Accreditation.

The visitation team from the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Schools (HLC) and the Commission on Accreditation of the Association for Theological Schools (ATS) will visit Saint Mary Seminary and Graduate School of Theology during the weeks of September 21 and September 28, 2015 as part of the school's regular accreditation process. The site visit is the culmination of a multi-year self-study that provided Saint Mary's the opportunity to reflect on its educational mission and how it realizes its ongoing commitment to the accreditation standards.
