2017 Mullen Lecture: Catholics and the Future of Marriage, Helen Alvare’

The 2017 Mullen Lecture features Helen Alvare’, a Professor of Law at the Antonin Scalia Law School, George Mason University. She regularly publishes articles on marriage, parenting, non-marital households, and the First Amendment religion clauses. Professor Alvare’ is a litigation attorney and represents the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops before legislative bodies, academic audiences, and the media.

Her presentation, “Catholics and the Future of Marriage” will be delivered on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. in the Aula Magna at the Center for Pastoral Leadership, Wickliffe.  The presentation is free and open to the public.
